About Goodstart McDowall

- Spacious and Inclusive: Our centre accommodates up to 74 children, providing a warm and engaging environment for every child.
- Role Opportunity: We’re seeking a dedicated Float Educator to work across various rooms, supporting our team and enriching children’s learning experiences.

- Diverse and Experienced Team: Join a multicultural team speaking over 15 languages, with a combined experience of over 117 years in early childhood education. Our Director and Centre Director boast a combined 32 years of dedicated service with Goodstart, ensuring a supportive and expert environment

What you’ll need

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
