Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your role, you may:

- Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.

- Assist with linen delivery, waste removal, and guest requests.

- Ensure public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms are spotless and welcoming.

- Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service (Supervisor role).

- Collaborate effectively with your team to create a harmonious work environment.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.

- Thrive in a physical role that requires stamina and agility.

- Work efficiently and thoroughly to meet high standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

To shine in these roles, you’ll need:

- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

- A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit.

- Physical agility and stamina to excel in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends.

- Leadership experience (for Supervisor applicants) and a drive to mentor others.
