Mission
The IWC Boutique Manager is responsible for leading all activities to achieve business objectives and to build a supreme service culture. He/She will be an inspiring leader with high passion in networking and community building. He/She can run the business in a self‑dependent way performing high integrity. He/She can drive and manage the boutique sales, staff, clients and operations. The IWC Boutique Manager will play a critical role in the organization and representation of the brand by promoting its values within the market.
Responsibilities
Business Performance & Operations
- Drive Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximize business profitability, analyze performance to identify business needs, and implement actions to achieve business growth in new retail channels.
- Ensure Operational Excellence & Collaboration: Maintain boutique image and compliance with company policy, improve boutique functioning, and build strong collaboration with stakeholders and the office team.
Client Experience & Development
- Elevate Client Relationships & Experience: Lead the team in providing personalised client experiences, establishing strong relationships, executing service excellence to increase client satisfaction and retain loyalty, and hosting clients both inside and outside the boutique.
- Expand Brand Presence & Leverage CRM: Establish brand and boutique presence in the market through local events and community outreach, influence the team to strengthen CRM mindset and utilise CRM tools, and manage the client database according to guidelines.
People Development
- Build & Develop a High‑Performing Team: Identify, recruit, and retain talented individuals, build individual objectives and development plans, and oversee the annual review process to assess team and individual performance.
- Lead, Train, & Coach for Excellence: Lead by example, demonstrating passion for the brand, conduct in‑store training, coaching, and daily briefs, and provide constructive feedback through one‑to‑one coaching sessions.
Profile
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills and sales skills.
- Excellent communicator who is passionate in building relationships and networking, with strong social skills.
- Ability to positively lead, coach and develop talents / team members from different backgrounds.
- Ability to analyse selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
- Manifest customer centricity mindset in all aspects of the business.
- 4‑5 years of boutique management experience or equivalent experience in hospitality.
- Applicants with background in luxury retail sales or hospitality preferred.
