Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Reservations Sales Agent to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for liaising with guests on the phone, selling our hotel, and confirming and inputting reservation information. What you will do?
- Manage a high volume of guest telephone enquiries, converting sales and reservations through exceptional customer-relationship skills
- Maintain strong knowledge of our products to provide guests with accurate and immediate information in areas including room rates, types, and their availability
- Liaise with our past guests and direct clientele, tailoring specialised itineraries to meet their needs and expectations
- Follow and maintain all quality assurance standards
More about you
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role
- Must have working knowledge of property management systems such as Opera
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong administration skills and fantastic phone etiquette
- Focus on attention to detail and accuracy
