Food and Beverage Attendants | Felons Barrel Hall

Location: Brisbane

Join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Felons Barrel Hall, inspired by European beer halls. We offer a lively atmosphere with craft beer, bold flavors, and live music, and are seeking energetic team players to deliver exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting up the venue for service and events
- Adhering to company policies and standards
- Providing excellent guest service on each shift
- Participating in shift briefings for smooth operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
- Fostering positive team relationships
- Handling guest inquiries courteously
- Managing cash and transactions accurately

What we’re looking for:

- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (essential)
- Experience in high-volume venues (desirable)
- Knowledge of our offerings and activations
- Ability to work close shifts (up to 1am)
- Passion for guest service with full training provided
- A positive, collaborative attitude
- Valid Queensland RSA
