Begin your journey with us as a **Food & Beverage Attendants** at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. We have a variety of **_Full Time, Part Time and Casual_** positions to suit your availability - we flex with you so we can become a great team We have positions available in:

- Mini Bar
- In Room Dining
- Charles Bar - Floor and Bar Positions
- Restaurant Breakfast
- Pool Bar - Floor and Bar Positions
- Catering & Events Floor Positions

You will required to communicate with guests and other employees and ensure associates are working together as a team to provide optimum service. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs and follow the sequence of service when serving food and beverages to the guests.

**Who you are and what you need**:

- Excellent customer service experience
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Must have an RSA
- You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Have at least 2 years experience preferably within a high volume environment
