This important role within the Community Occupational Therapy team will see you supporting Occupational Therapists in the delivery of patient-centred care. You will assist clients in achieving their goals by providing tailored in-home support, which may include equipment setup and safe utilisation, as well as falls prevention and fatigue management education. Additionally, you will support a range of therapeutic activities, document progress notes, and collaborate with the Occupational Therapist in client assessments and reviews. Salary:$67,193 to $72,126 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. - Salary range is in accordance with Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award.
