We’re chasing reliable, down-to-earth people who aren’t afraid of long days, dirty boots, and earning up to $7K per swing. If you’ve worked the land, wrangled cattle, built fences, baled hay or worn through a few pairs of steel caps — you’ll fit right in.

What’s the Gig?

Jump into a Driller’s Offsider role on a 2:1 or 4:2 FIFO roster.

No mining experience? No worries - we’ll train you up and help you build a career in one of the country’s most in-demand industries.

This is physical work. It’s dusty, it’s demanding, and it’s damn rewarding. If you’ve worked in agriculture, construction, trades, or anything hands-on, you’ve already got a head start.

What You’ll Need:

- A valid HR-B Licence (or a C Class Manual)
- Must be a Permanent Resident
- WA-based (FIFO from Perth only)
- Fit, focused and ready for physically demanding work
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical + D&A screening
- Police Clearance (or happy to apply)
- High risk tickets are a bonus
