Elevate your career journey through our School Based Traineeship Program by completing a Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics & Recreation

If you’re 16 or soon to be, this is your chance to make a splash in the Aquatic Industry While still at school, our traineeship program provides you with the opportunity to gain essential skills in swim school management, teaching and general aquatic operations. Our dynamic program, delivered in collaboration with Ampd Academy and BUSY At Work, includes:

- Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation

- 563 hours of paid, on-the-job training, usually completed in 12-18 months

- Industry Qualifications - including CPR, First Aid, Swim Teaching, and the opportunity to become a qualified Pool Lifeguard.

Immerse yourself in all areas of our business including swim school, customer service, operations and aquatic facility management. Gain hands-on experience as you work towards roles such as Swim Teacher, Pool Lifeguard or even Duty Manager.

Successfully completing your traineeship unlocks a Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation, QCE Points, as well as industry qualifications, paving the way for a fulfilling career in the aquatics sector
