What can you expect from a day in this role?

AsOperational Alignment Manager, you'll be right at the centreof how we bring our strategies to life across these diverse businesses. This is a pivotal role where you'll help shape and steer the way we work, improve continuously, and keep our teams aligned with long-term goals.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be more than just an implementer, you'll be playing a hands-on role in making sure strategic initiatives don't just stay on paper, but get rolled out consistently across the business.You'll develop and embed efficient workflows, clear communication channels, and practical systems that keep projects on track and our workforces connected.Continuous improvement will be at the core of what you do, driving collaboration and alignment across our businesses to make sure we're all moving towards the same goals in the same way.

You'll also lead our administration team, focusing on standardisingprocesses, improving efficiencies, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations to underpin broader business objectives.

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone who's comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, with experience in managing projects, leading teams, and driving lasting improvements. You'll bring:

- A strong ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

- Proven experience in managing projects that influence multiple teams and business units.

- A sharp eye for spottinginefficient processes and the confidence to implement better ways of working.

- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at every level.

- Leadership experience, especially in building and guiding an effective administration team that supports business goals.

This role combines strategic influence with practical leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys driving change, managing details, and seeing the impact of their work across the organisation.
