Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Finance Officer to join our team. This ongoing position is based at our St Kilda Road office and commences immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Wesley College Melbourne and its associated entities by managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, billing, receipting, and stakeholder queries across finance systems.

- Contribute to general finance operations, process improvements, system upgrades, and cross-functional support, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering timely, accurate financial outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

- Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
