Roaming Store Manager - Currency Exchange | Sydney CBD | Sydney_Australia

Monday - Friday roster. Great opportunity to share your love of retail and earn amazing commissions for achieving growth.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead and inspire a passionate team by setting the tone for success, delivering coaching and creating a high‑performance culture.

- Drive sales & performance by hitting sales targets, building customer loyalty and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

- Own operations by ensuring everything runs like clockwork – from compliance and standards to inventory accuracy and stock flow.

- Champion compliance & excellence through strong auditing practices, risk management and local store marketing initiatives.

About you:

- A natural people leader who thrives on motivating others and fostering a supportive, success‑driven environment.

- Highly organised and commercially savvy with the ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions fast.

- Comfortable juggling team development, store operations and customer needs without missing a beat.

- Detail oriented with a strong focus on compliance, data accuracy and following best practice standards.

- A proactive, positive problem solver who works well autonomously and brings contagious energy to the team.

Your experience:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within retail or customer service, ideally 2+ years.

- A passion for people development, coaching and continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of compliance and auditing, ideally in a regulated or transactional environment.

- A hands‑on approach and confidence to work independently when needed.

- A team‑first attitude with a commitment to building strong internal and external relationships.
