To be considered for the below roles, you must have a minimum 3 years’ experience.

Metal Fabricator
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, coupled with a solid understanding of metal properties and machinery. Your role will involve cutting, bending, and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. You will be responsible for producing metal products according to clients specifications. Attention to detail, precision, and a safety-first attitude are paramount for success in this role.

Welder
Experienced and proficient Welder to become part of our welding department. This position demands proficiency in using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, MMA) and equipment to join, surface, fabricate, and repair parts of metal or other weldable materials. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, with extensive knowledge of welding procedures and safety measures. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that final products meet the highest quality standards and are completed within the designated timeline.

Sheet Metal Trades Worker

We require Sheet Metal Trades Workers that can study blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job, material and equipment requirements. Select metal stock, such as stainless steel, galvanised iron, mild steel, aluminium and copper, and checking sizes, gauges and other dimensions of metal stock against specifications. Mark out metal stock with reference points and lines, using templates, gauges and other measuring instruments. Cut metal stock along guidelines using hand and power shears, guillotines and drills

Vehicle Body Builder

We are looking for Vehicle Body Builders that can manufacture and repair prototype production units and purpose-built vehicle bodies such as buses, trucks, fire engines and caravans. Constructing framework sections in metal wood fibreglass and other materials using shaping machines and cutting and welding equipment. Cutting and shaping panels of Sheetmetal aluminium and reinforced plastic and attaching to frameworks using hand and power tools

Fitter and Turner
Join our dynamic team as a Fitter and Turner, where you will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and machining mechanical parts to assemble or repair mechanical systems. The role demands precision and attention to detail, with extensive knowledge of machine operation and material properties.

Fitter-Welder
We require a skilled Fitter-Welder to carry out both fitting tasks and welding operations according to project needs. Candidates should have proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience in metal fabrication and a keen eye for quality are essential.

Pressure Welder
We are looking for a specialised Pressure Welder to support our operations with expertise in high-pressure vessels and piping . The role requires advanced knowledge and experience in welding processes that are crucial for the integrity of pressure vessels, boilers, and high-pressure piping systems. Candidates must possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and standards related to pressure welding, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations and standards. This position demands high precision and adherence to strict safety and quality controls.

Metal Machinist
In this role, you will operate and maintain a variety of machines to produce precision parts and instruments. Key responsibilities include interpreting drawings, setting up mills and lathes, and conducting tests on completed tasks to ensure they meet specifications. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of metal properties and machining techniques, combined with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

CNC Machinist
This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and tools from metal, plastic, or other materials. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of computer numerical control (CNC) machinery operations and processes, as well as an understanding of CAD/CAM software. Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and blueprints are essential. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our production goals are met with efficiency and high standards of quality.
