Busy Bees at Everton Hills: A 101-place service located in the beautiful Moreton Bay Region, north-west of Brisbane. Conveniently situated on Queens Road across from Prince of Peace Lutheran College, and close to McDowall State School and Everton Park State School.

Essential Qualifications:

- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent

- Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one

- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis

Skills and Attributes:

- Ability to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

- Understanding of developmental milestones for various age groups

- Capability to design and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work within a diverse team

- Adaptability to various situations in early childhood settings

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

- Familiarity with the national early learning framework

- Understanding of standards and assessment processes

- Respect for diverse cultures and individual needs

- Proficiency in relevant software for documenting children's learning

- Previous experience in similar roles
