ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Product Planner and play a key role in bringing innovative products to life You’ll be the go-to person for keeping item schedules visible and ensuring Product Development teams hit their milestones on time and in full. In this role, you’ll help spot potential risks early, keep communication flowing, and coordinate solutions so every program stays on track. If you love organization, problem-solving, and working collaboratively to deliver results, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain program schedules, ensuring visibility and accuracy across all projects
- Monitor global timelines, milestones, and OTIF performance, flagging risks early
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Quality, Procurement) to resolve delays
- Maintain accurate data in global calendars and provide clear reporting for business transparency
- Track resource allocation and performance against KPIs to support planning decisions
- Assist in identifying risks and managing issue resolution to keep programs on track

Engage stakeholders through regular updates and meetings to ensure milestone adherence

ABOUT YOU

- Working knowledge of Smartsheet preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, such as finance, business, or operations.
- A solid understanding of the product development process and manufacturing methods.
- Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management software (PLM).

Proficient in Excel
