Key Responsibilities

- Lead the documentation and technical delivery of complex projects

- Work across all phases with a focus on design development and construction documentation

- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

- Solve technical challenges and contribute practical solutions

- Collaborate closely with project leaders and internal teams

Skills & Experience

- Relevant tertiary qualifications

- 10 years of experience in architectural project delivery

- Advanced Revit skills with a focus on documentation efficiency

- Strong technical understanding of building systems and codes

- Previous experience on large-scale education or public projects ideal

- Confident communicator with a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset
