Team Leader – Occupational Therapist

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will manage your own caseload while leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional outcomes for our young clients within a well-supported and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team
- Providing clinical supervision and professional development support
- Upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical practice
- Partnering with families throughout their therapy journey
- Using advanced client management systems to streamline documentation and communication

About You

- You are driven, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed
- You have a strong background in early intervention (minimum 3 years clinical experience)
- You’re ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to grow clinically
- You’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder
- You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration (AHPRA)
- You’re enthusiastic and ready to make a meaningful impact
