The Opportunity

With strong growth in our Brisbane Remanufacturing branch, we are currently on the lookout for an experienced and mechanically minded HV Electrical Fitter to join our Service Department. This is an afternoon shift position based at our Wacol branch.

Shift Times: Monday - Friday: 2pm - 10pm or 9 day fornight roster available

Key responsibilities in this role include:

- Assembling / Dissassembling & testing Hitachi haul truck electrical components
- Completion and submission of all relevant documentation and reporting paperwork
- Performing diagnostic evaluations and component fault analytics on quality earthmoving machinery.
- Conducting your work in compliance with all quality and safety standards and procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Certificate III in Electrical Fitting and a current driver’s license
- WAH, Dogging & Forklift Tickets would be advantageous
- High level understanding of earthmoving equipment including Haul Trucks and High Voltage electrical fault finding & diagnosis
- OEM experience will be a distinct advantage
- A strong safety focus
