The Opportunity

In this role you will:

- Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge

- Set the pace for quality candidate selection--from sourcing and screening to short lists and interviews

- Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining dashboards and recruitment system data

- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices

- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent

- Expertly understand candidate motivations and expectations to ensure a smooth offer process

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have previous in-house recruitment experience of 3-5 years

- Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations

- Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems

- Are detail oriented and quality focused

- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
