We are seeking ENs to join this amazing team on a full time or part time (0.6 FTE as a minimum) basis.

Responsibilities

Make a real difference in patient outcomes in an alternate environment that utilises innovative technology, is focused on restoring health, and is part of a supportive high‑performing team.

Joining a team at the forefront of care innovation, and delivering care in a cutting‑edge transformative setting; you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care, in addition to:

- Monitor patients’ progress and report changes to a broader multidisciplinary team

- Contribute to care planning and patient assessments

- Support activities of daily living and administer medications

Qualifications

You will be available to work full time or part time (0.6 FTE as a minimum), on a 7‑day rotating roster across morning (7am to 3pm), afternoon (2pm to 10pm) and night shift (9:30am to 7am), passionate about patient‑centred care and excited to be a part of this innovative model of care, in addition to:

- Having at least one year’s experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse

- Experience in wound‑care management

- Hold a current CPR certificate

- High attention to detail with a patient‑focused approach

- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or be willing and eligible to obtain)

- If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up‑to‑date vaccinations
