An exciting opportunity has opened for a permanent full-time Labourer to join our dedicated Infrastructure Services Directorate in the welcoming and vibrant town of Nebo. This is your chance to be part of a team that keeps our community spaces thriving and beautiful

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Leader, this position is responsible for carrying out grounds maintenance of community usage areas including sports grounds, parks, open space, cemeteries and park assets such as furniture, tables/chairs, shelters; tree maintenance; and irrigation repairs and maintenance for the Engineering & Infrastructure across Isaac Regional Council.

Qualifications

- Relevant certification for the operation of plant and equipment, horticulture and poison operations and minimum 12 months experience is essential

- C class driver's licence

- Construction Blue/White Card

- Ability to pass pre-employment functional assessment

Benefits

- Salary $65,227.21 - $66,375.54 per annum (Stream B, Level 2 – 3)

- Nominally 76 hours per fortnight

- Full Time, Permanent Position

- Based in Nebo

- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading

- RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy

- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
