Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect specializing in Data & AI Presales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Data and AI tools, and will be responsible for creating and demonstrating solutions, as well as building strong relationships with customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

- Understand customer challenges and requirement around Data & AI
- Design and architect data and AI solutions that meet business and IT needs.
- Conduct Data & AI assessments, Interview Business and IT teams
- Conduct Discovery Workshops for Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Integrations, AI and Business use cases.
- Create data and analytics roadmaps, drive hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Ensure long-term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key AI technologies where appropriate.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Provide technical consultancy and advisory services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
