Quarry Materials Testing Laboratory Manager/Laboratory Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager for Toowoomba to lead a laboratory team which supports the Quarry division of Wagners.

Your key focus will be to uphold quality assurance measures, and you will adhere to standards to ensure Wagners products have the utmost integrity and procedure compliance.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead a team of laboratory technicians, and support them throughout their duties including planning tasks

- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 & ISO17025 requirements

- Coordination of laboratory workload and training

- Undertake laboratory administration and reporting to a high standard

Demonstrated Skills and Experience

- Prioritise safety, integrity, environment and quality when completing testing

- Experience in a similar position within the construction materials industry

- Experience leading others or experience working in productive teams, with a passion to begin leading

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
