Joining CSL now means being part of an agile team committed to developing therapies that make a meaningful difference worldwide.**Position Description Summary**The Senior Manager, R&D Digital Enablement provides operational and analytical support for digital transformation projects in R&D. Ensures that end-users are supported through process documentation, agile planning, and change initiatives to enable effective adoption of digital tools.**Main Responsibilities*** Support business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis.* Assist in agile delivery planning and sprint tracking, including backlog grooming and team coordination.* Contribute to the creation of change management materials (e.g., FAQs, guides, communications).* Facilitate training sessions and support user onboarding to digital platforms.* Help monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify improvement areas.**Qualifications and Experience Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Technology-related field.* 7+ years of experience supporting digital projects, business analysis, or agile teams.* Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro and experience supporting cross-functional projects.* Detail-oriented with strong communication and facilitation skills.## **Our Benefits**We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
