Joining CSL now means being part of an agile team committed to developing therapies that make a meaningful difference worldwide.**Position Description Summary**The Associate Director, R&D Digital Enablement supports the implementation of digital initiatives in R&D through business analysis, process optimization, and agile delivery support. Drives collaboration across teams to enable smooth adoption of digital tools and optimize business workflows.**Main Responsibilities*** Conduct business process analysis and stakeholder interviews to support digital project scoping.* Assist in designing and reengineering R&D workflows to align with digital tools.* Serve as scrum master or agile team facilitator to ensure progress and alignment.* Support change management activities including training, communications, and user engagement.* Track adoption metrics and contribute to value realization assessments.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve implementation issues.**Qualifications and Experience Requirements*** Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Life Sciences, or Technology-related field.* 10+ years of experience in business analysis, digital enablement, or agile delivery.* Familiarity with agile frameworks, digital adoption techniques, and workflow design.* Working knowledge of digital tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Miro, or equivalents.* Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.## **Our Benefits**We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
