Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart New Lambton. As a vital part of our centre, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences of our children and supporting their development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning programs, building positive relationships with children and families, and contributing to a culture of safety and inclusivity within the centre.

Our centre is led by an experienced and supportive Centre Director with 18+ years' experience, and we have a strong focus on community engagement and developing trusting relationships with families.
