About the Role:
As a Case Manager – Workplace Behaviour, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing workplace behaviour complaints by providing expert guidance on the formal complaint process and resolution strategies.
- Handling complex case management, including assessing and managing cases from enquiry to resolution while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conducting investigations and preparing fact-finding and enquiry reports to establish findings and recommend actions.
- Delivering training and coaching to support managers and supervisors on underperformance, probation, and staffing issues.
- Advising on terminations and redundancies by guiding staff and leadership through processes under Section 29 of the Public Service Act 1999.
The Successful Candidate:
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law, or Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Previous experience in conducting workplace investigations, case management, or performance management (desirable)
- Experience with Code of Conduct is beneficial
- Capable of conducting research, data analysis, and fact-finding to draw sound conclusions.
- Able to navigate complex cases involving workplace disputes, medical, legal, and WHS issues.
- Able to manage caseloads with minimal supervision while ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
