The Account Manager Opportunity

Have you gained experience as a Recruitment Agency Recruiter and/or an Internal Talent Acquisition Partner, and wanting to explore a potentially more fulfilling, diverse, and rewarding opportunity? This role could be exactly what you’re looking for We are seeking an experienced recruiter/talent acquisition partner who's looking to transition into an Account Management role.

The Account Manager role is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for managing a number of Martian Logic’s key enterprise accounts. This exciting career pivot will enable you to fully utilise your technology skill-sets and exceptional people skills.

Your key responsibilities will be a hybrid of increasing & retaining revenue within your customer accounts, as well as developing new business accounts. This is a ‘high touch’ role, most of your energies will be focussed on liaising with key SLT's/ELT's, typically HR Directors, CPOs, CIOs etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years experience gained as an agency recruiter and/or an internal talent acquisition partner, wishing to explore a new and exciting challenge (whilst still remaining within the talent/people & culture sector)
- You are very comfortable communicating/presenting to c-suite executives, you have an innate ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships
- You are commercially savvy, and you’re often recognised for your superior commercial/business acumen
- Ability to plan and forecast, creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding & retaining your designated customer accounts
- Key characteristics and personality traits should include self-motivation, energetic, drive, hunger to learn/further develop your skill-sets, creative, solutions driven mindset, tenacious, and resilient

Please note there will be interstate travel required at times.

- Salary, dependent on experience between $120,000-$150,000 + super (OTE circa $200,000-$250,000). Uncapped commissions.
