In this role, you’ll:

- Coach and mentor ECTs to lead curriculum and pedagogy

- Facilitate communities of practice and share inspiring ideas

- Support new ECTs as they transition into CEEC

- Partner with the Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement to strengthen professional standards
