Job Description

This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location:

Hunter Valley Grammar School is located in Ashtonfield, close to transport links. The service is a pack up, pack down set up within beautiful manicured gardens. This service is a shared space with the school ELC unit. Excellent & purpose built space with a strong team in place and great reputation.

The Successful Candidate:

Caring, organised and a skilled communicator. The ELC Coordinator will lead the team in setup and packup of zones creating a warm and engaging environment. You'll be a strong communicator, happy to align with proceseses and deliver a high standard of work and professionalism.

- ✅ Ideally you have previous experience working in an Early childhood setting. Before and After School Care or education experience is also great

- ✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart

- ✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

- ✅ You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.

- ✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

- ✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN

- ✅ Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards. (Visit www.acecqa.gov.au for more info)
