About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment to meet performance and quality targets. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up machinery to meet production targets
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Replenish machines with raw materials
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimise downtime
- Complete production and quality reporting
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Sound communication and basic computer skills
- Experience operating manual machinery in an FMCG environment

Desirable:

- Forklift license
- Experience in printing or packaging
- Familiarity with GMP, 5S, and OFS systems
