The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a steel environment and be capable of working independently or as part of a team. A willingness to learn and assist in various areas of production is essential.

What You’ll Do:

- Machine operation within the steel production process.
- Using machinery to cut and bend steel reinforcing bars to size.
- Ensure all production activities align with quality and safety standards
- Conduct regular checks on machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Follow production schedules to achieve output targets.
- Keep work areas tidy, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
- Coordinate with management and QA.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in steel production or machine operation with strong machining aptitude.
- Willingness to learn and gain hands-on training in steel manufacturing processes.
- Strong focus on safety and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet production goals.
- Forklift licence essential.
- Dogging ticket desirable.
