About you

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FieldServices Technician with strong electrical and mechanical expertise to join ourdynamic team.

You will have experience in BHS, conveyor systems orindustrial automation.

In this role, you will be responsible for leadingmaintenance solutions for our Australian customers, ensuring optimalperformance and reliability of equipment.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver withhands-on technical experience, excellent communication and customer serviceskills, and a willingness to travel extensively to client sites.

Keyresponsibilities

- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, andmaintenance for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in equipment, ensuring minimaldowntime for customers.
- Lead the implementation of preventive and predictivemaintenance programs.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs anddeliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on equipmentoperation and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve productperformance and reliability.

- Communication skills: Confidence engaging withstakeholders at all levels, from technicians to executives.

Your profile

- Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering qualificationsor equivalent trade certification.
- Proven experience in field service, maintenance, ortechnical support (industrial/automation sectors preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical andmechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals,schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and customer relationshipmanagement skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Australia (sitevisits, client meetings, etc.)
- Must have disconnect/reconnect license
- Valid driver’s license.
