About the role:
The Technical Delivery Manager leads assigned projects to ensure they meet CDC standards and deliver high-quality results. The role supports project teams through planning and delivery, and tracks progress and outcomes. As the main contact for customer requests, the Technical Delivery Manager works with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure quality, compliance, and financial success. Strong time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination are key to balancing client needs, contractor schedules, and industry rules.
Other responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage data centre service projects, including critical infrastructure implementation and technical services delivery.
- Coordinate planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external clients.
- Oversee project design, budgeting, and procurement, including high-level design concepts, fit-out budgets, and managing production lead times.
- Support financial control and reporting, working closely with project accountants and finance teams to manage costs and risks.
- Manage commissioning and operational transition, including testing, compliance, licensing, and handover of documentation.
- Ensure effective communication and support, facilitating stakeholder updates, internal staff coordination, and resolution of issues.

About you:
This role would be suitable for a candidate who has proven experience managing complex technical based projects, with a preferred background in the electrical or HVAC space.
- Previous experience in key project controls and financials, reporting, impressive client management abilities and contractor supervision and management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work across diverse (technical and non-technical) based teams.
Essential:
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
