As an experienced Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy premium, crystal-clear filtered water instantly. You’ll take care of installation, maintenance, and repairs of Billi systems, while delivering a professional, personable experience every time.

Yes, plumbing is part of the job — but here’s the best part: it’s clean, no mess. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, supported by a team that’s always ready to help.

This role is ideal for someone based in North Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, with a start date in January 2026.

Your Day, Your Way

- Start from your first service call - no office check-in

- Chat with customers, then dive into installs, maintenance, or repairs

- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and get things flowing

- Keep your van stocked and gear ready

- Own your schedule — you're in control

What you’ll need

- MUST hold a current Plumbing Licence

- Hands‑on experience with water system installs, maintenance & repairs

- A knack for great customer service

- Sharp troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

- Confidence working solo, with team support when needed

- Valid driver’s license and clean record
