YOUR ROLE
- Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm shift
- Base rate of $36.9101 / hour + 14.25% super
- Role offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA, the details of which can be found at fwc.gov.au.
We're looking for a driven and focused Team Leader to provide support within operations, at our Finished Vehicle Logistics branch at Minto NSW.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Adapt quickly to changing workloads and priorities
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate is someone looking to gain broader experience within transport operations, whilst providing valuable administrative support in a fast paced setting. You should also have:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with systems and databases
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with knowledge of scanners and basic computer systems
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (this isnota warehouse role)
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
