Ruby/.NET Developer – Contract
Central Adelaide Office | Contract to end of March | PAYG or ABN rates
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails or .NET frameworks.
- Design and implement relational data models and work with SQL databases.
- Apply Object-Oriented design, Service-Oriented Architecture, and API design principles.
- Integrate systems and applications through APIs, and work with XML and JSON data formats.
- Analyse existing application processes and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
- Promote organisational values and maintain high standards of professional behaviour.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in web development with Ruby on Rails or .NET.
- Strong understanding of relational data modelling, SQL, and API integration.
- Skilled in object-oriented programming, XML/JSON, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies, JavaScript, frontend development, or identity management (SAML/OAuth) is desirable.
- Graduate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Hours: Full-time, with some WFH flexibility
- Location: Adelaide
- Rate: PAYG or own ABN
