Job Description
About the Role:
As a Senior Speech Pathologist with Down South Therapy, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You’ll work closely with children, adults, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Your role will involve developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to community outreach initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work from our Rockingham office,schoolsand thecommunity, supporting children, teenagers, and adults
- Provide mentoring to therapists and lead one of DST's specialist teams depending on your are of interest and passion
- Provide1:1 and group therapy, collaborating with teachers and families
- Develop and deliverindividualised therapy plansin a transdisciplinary team
- Work withinlocation-based schedulesto limit travel and maximise client impact
- Option toadd community-based clientsto expand your clinical interests
- Take part inweekly supervision and mentoringto grow in your role
- Contribute toprojects, team learning, and innovationin your area of interest
