Senior / Lead Speech Pathologist – Brisbane

At Connect2Care, we’re looking for a Senior or Lead Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step — combining clinical work with mentoring and leadership across a high-performing multidisciplinary team. Whether you’re looking to refine your specialty, support early-career clinicians, or influence best-practice care, this is a role where your expertise makes a real impact.

What you’ll do:

Deliver high-quality therapy to a varied caseload (children & adults)

Provide supervision and support to junior team members

Lead complex client planning and team collaboration

Contribute to service design, PD and quality improvement

Mix of school, community, clinic, and telehealth work

Requirements

You’ll need:

3+ years’ experience & SPA registration (or eligibility)

Strong mentoring and clinical communication skills

WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check

Driver’s license + reliable vehicle

Professional Indemnity Insurance
