The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Operations Manager to lead the Events team at Crystalbrook Vincent in Brisbane If you are a natural leader, passionate about Food & Beverage, and skilled at creating unforgettable guest experiences, we want you to join our team.

You will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and work alongside an ambitious team dedicated to crafting extraordinary experiences for our guests. This role will oversee our conferences and events, ensuring they are spectacular, while boosting revenue, creating memorable moments, and building strong relationships with everyone who walks through our doors.

About You:

Our award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastronomic delights to suit every taste. You will lead our talented team to elevate guest experiences and ensure we remain the venue of choice.

We look for candidates with the following skills and attributes:

- Proven experience managing or supervising conference and event operations in a hotel setting.
- A current QLD RSA Certificate.
- Availability across a 7-day roster, including AM and PM shifts.
- A confident, engaging, guest-focused personality with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Natural leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills—mastering prioritization
- Proven success in delivering profit and controlling costs.
