What You’ll Do
You’ll support clients in both community and residential aged care environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Our services include:
- Private Physiotherapy: Tailored support for self-identified needs
- Rehab in the Home: Post-orthopaedic surgery recovery
- Hospital in the Home: Post-hospitalisation care, including general surgeries
- Home Care Packages: Enabling independence at home
- Residential Aged Care: Designing and delivering group and 1:1 exercise programs
About you
Are you a passionate, fully AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist ideally with at least one year of experience, preferably in community care. You’re confident working independently, driven by purpose, and committed to making a real difference.
In this role, you’ll travel to clients across the region, including Lalor, Watsonia and Templestowe, so having your own vehicle is essential—but don’t worry, we’ll reimburse your travel kilometres.
