We have a permanent full-time opportunity available in our business analysis chapter for a Senior Business Analyst to support initiatives in the change engine. You have a strong ability to absorb complex information, apply analytical thinking, and deliver clear, effective problem-solving.

Candidates should be curious about how AI can be applied across business functions and proactive in identifying opportunities where intelligent automation and machine learning can drive value.

You will hold IIBA or BABOK certifications, have knowledge of controls by design and risk management processes, and ideally have experience in Private Health insurance or financial services.
