Key Responsibilities

- Greet every Guest you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner - smile, make eye contact and maintain positive body language

- Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Guests in whatever way is needed

- Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol

- Ensure Guest safety while they play the game

- Take pride in ensuring food items are delivered quickly so they remain hot, fresh and appetising

- Ensure cleanliness by taking bus carts to the kitchen for clearing, then returning bus carts to the tee-line

- Work as one team with the Kitchen by completing side-work specified by the Senior Chefs

- Assist the Expo line if required

- Assist the Stewards with putting away equipment once washed

Key Qualifications

- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential

- Energy and enthusiasm

- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, kitchen environment

- Ability to work as a team

- A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays

- Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
