About the Role:

As the Front Office Team Leader at Hotel Alba, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office department. This includes overseeing daily activities, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of guest service. You will be responsible for supervising and training front office staff to meet our service expectations, while fostering effective communication across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise front office operations and ensure adherence to hotel policies

- Coordinate VIP and group arrivals/departures with precision

- Maintain high visibility in guest areas and foster a welcoming atmosphere

- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally

- Promote hotel features, services, and brand initiatives

- Ensure accurate cashiering and audit procedures are followed

- Communicate effectively with other departments to support hotel operations

- Maintain duty logs and shift handovers with clear, actionable information

- Support service development and uphold quality control standards

- Maximise occupancy and average rate through proactive team engagement

Skills & Experience:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in hotel reservation and front office systems

- High attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Financial acumen for float balancing and ledger reviews
