WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

STORE MANAGER
Lead the way for Flo & Frankie's Eastgardens boutique - setting the standard for store culture and ensuring the Flo & Frankie experience comes to life for every customer. You'll inspire your team to deliver on our brand's promise every day, while fostering an inclusive, uplifting environment. With a strong sales focus, operational excellence, and an empowering leadership style, you'll create a store that thrives and a team that shines.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
As the Store Manager's trusted partner, you'll be a natural leader and motivator -energising your team, taking initiative, and ensuring the store runs seamlessly. You'll thrive on mentoring team members, leading by example, and playing a hands-on role in creating a vibrant, high-performing store environment. Whether it's supporting day-to-day operations or elevating the customer experience, you'll help drive the store's success and ensure the Flo & Frankie experience shines for every customer.

We're looking for strong leaders with a people-first mindset and a love for meaningful retail.

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
