About the Role
This is a 12-month opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our communication strategy across both internal and external channels. Sitting at the heart of a matrix organisation, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure our messages land with clarity, consistency, and impact.

Internal communications – Engage, inform, and inspire our employees with clear messaging, campaigns, and updates that connect people with our purpose and priorities.
External communications – Protect and promote our brand through media engagement, press materials, events, and digital channels.
Strategic storytelling – Translate complex business priorities into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Stakeholder collaboration – Work across functions, regions, and leadership levels to deliver aligned, impactful communications.
Project leadership – Drive communication projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, tone, and outcomes meet business goals.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a communications, PR, or media role within a complex, global or matrix organisation.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills – comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in the automotive sector (advantageous but not essential).
