We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.**In this role you'll be responsible for:*** Assist with implementation of Fulton Hogan health and safety systems and strategies* Provide health and safety specialist advice, technical and management support* Undertake risk assessments of complex tasks collaboratively with internal and subcontractor delivery teams* Implement and Maintain strategies to prevent and minimise workplace injuries* Implementation and custodian of the businesses safety management systems on site* As required- Conduct thorough incident investigation and facilitate the sharing of lessons learned relevant to improving safety performance* Provide governance through scheduled audits and inspections of management plans, procedures, and activity risk to ensure practices align with business, client and legislative requirements.**How you'll connect to the role:*** Relevant Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry. Exposure to mechanical and electrical infrastructure desirable* ICAM lead Investigator Certificate (desirable) and Current First Aid certificate* Demonstrable experience working autonomously achieving deliverables in tight time frames* Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation* Strong HSEQ Systems experience* Adopting and driving **Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.**Our people share the same set of values that keep us **REAL.
