Part‑Time Retail Professional - Brisbane Factory Outlet

We're on the lookout for a Retail Professional to join our Brisbane Factory Outlet on a PART‑TIME basis. This is a permanent part‑time role requiring a minimum of 21 hours per week on select weekdays and weekend days. If you're an efficient, proactive retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and would love to work for a global brand, we are looking for you

Responsibilities

- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, and take ownership of them, using all available store resources to meet or exceed them.

- Execute Brand Customer Service standards to exceed customers’ expectations.

- Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards.

- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, replenishing fixtures to ensure the full product range is on the sales floor.

- Represent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements

Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Working Hours

Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in your application.

Applicants must have permanent legal rights to work in Australia. This role is not eligible for relocation or visa support and may require a pre‑employment credit and criminal history check.
