Join our family-owned Almond orchard team at ‘Quindalup’, Carrathool, located 65km west of Griffith in the NSW Riverina. We are seeking an individual with farming experience who can take on senior responsibilities across our Almond orchard.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for

- Leading the Almond orchard daily operations

- Operating and maintaining modern farm machinery

- Managing irrigation systems and water resources

- Orchard monitoring and field management

- Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

- Operational planning and record keeping

- Supporting and mentoring team members

What we’re looking for

Essential requirements

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential) and own car

- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork

- Reliable and hardworking attitude with commitment to quality work

Highly regarded

- Previous farming or agricultural experience

- Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving mindset

- Ability to work independently and support others when required
