Chartwells are specialists in providing catering and hospitality services in education. Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels.

The Position

- Lead the barista and food services operations

- Junior campus online order production

- Basic food preparation and cooking

- Preparing online orders by class group for each meal period

- Stock control and ordering

- POS operation

- Engagement with junior students, staff and parents alike

- General cleaning duties

- Responsible for outlet with Chef Manager support at Senior campus (different location).

- Food safety and allergen management compliance.

- Showcase excellent time management skills

- Maintaining the service area to high standards

The Person

- Previous experience in a similar role

- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service

- Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team

- Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Hold a Blue Card, or ability to obtain one
